A problem with linking my application online " Sponsorship , spouse"

Hello , my husband is sponsoring me to go live in canada. They sent me a confirmation email and asked me to link my application online within 7 days but everytime i try it it keeps saying no application found. and i exceed the 5 times given in 24 hours . Any assistance will be appreciated . Thank you

This is the combination of info that seems to work best for most folks:

Application Number
Applicant's Name
Place of Birth - click box and hit the space bar once, don't type anything
Applicant's Country
Where You Will Reside in Canada - sponsor's address
Number of Applicants - many people get lucky with 2, sponsor and applicant

Leave the passport info blank.

For applicant's name, it will be the applicant's name. .....
If you saved a copy of the generic 0008 form, you'll want to use exactly what was used for the principal applicant's family name and given name(s) including middle names. Whatever information was entered into that field on the form you put into the field when trying to link.

who is the applicant?

the sponsor, ie me applying to sponsor my wife? or the PA (my wife) applying for PR under family class?

the applicant is not the sponsor. The applicant is the person applying to be a permanent resident.
