My new baby was born recently and is a premature child(The expected date of confinement is in April). Right now, the new born baby is in ICU. As the doctor's advice, the baby wouldn't leave hospital until mid March. So my new born baby can't get the passport until April. I have accepted ITA and I am preparing the application documents. (The expire date for submitting the application is on March 6, 2016). So I can't prepare all the required documents for the baby before March 6, 2016.
