Hi All,
I have a bit of a predicament and wouldn't mind a second take on it.
My current IEC visa runs out on June 12th. I submitted my documents to the PR Confirmation Portal on May 20th and assumed It would all be processed promptly however, that appears to have been optimistic.
I am now torn if i should apply for a bridging visa, even though it might only be for a few days?
Finally, I understand it is far from advisable however, if I overstayed my visa for a few days / weeks would this negatively affect my PR? I understand I cannot work and would actually look forward to some time off work.
Regards,
Tom
