A freshly graduated student

Hey everyone; i'm freshly graduated as a Civil Engineer in my home country; so i have some questions if you may help me
Can I apply now for an express entry ? Or any other immigration program?
NB: The work experience i might have is the internships i did while studying; which were i did a 1 month internship; and another 3months internship and lastely a 4 month internship.

No you are not eligible. You need at least one year continuous skilled work experience in a NOC A, B or 0 job to be eligible.
