A Filipino citizen but resident in other country?

Hi my papers is on process right now it was my wife who's sponsoring me.I am a Filipino and I am working here in Taiwan but they send my application to the visa office in Manila. So here's my question what if they asked for my passport should i send it to Philippines or go to a Canadian embassy here in Taiwan? especially that im only a contract worker here.

Please help anyone

If you have Passport request you need to send it to the visa office processing your file which is Manila.

Hi my husband is same situation with you right now did you went home? After they request for passport?
