Good day,I have a few questions regarding submitting application of bringing my wife and our two children to Canada from Phillipines.I am a Canadian citizen living in Canada. The application for our two children for Canada citizenship is still being processed, close to one year waiting.Do I wait for their Canada citizenship or list them as Phillipine citizens on sponser application??Is it better to include medical and NBI clearance with application or wait for cic to send wife and children for medical? We are not big picture takers, only photo's we realley have together are from our wedding and maybe 3 other pics.Is that enough for proof of relationship? Thanks in advance for answers.

Your children do not require a medical. They are Canadian citizens. Only your wife requires a medical and as far as I know it should be done and submitted with the application to sponsor her.

CIC will look at mulitple facets of your relationship other than just pictures. Be sure to include any and all documentations, communications, visitations, so on and so forth for you and your wife to prove the validity of your marriage.

Good luck.

Our children are not Canada citizens yet......it is still being processed by cic.Should I wait for their citizenship and Canadian passports or submit application before the Canada citizenship is granted?

Just because your children have not yet received their citizenship papers, if you were in fact able to pass along citizenship to them, then they are still Canadian citizens (just undocumented currently) and they will not be included in the sponsorship portion of the application. They would only be included in the dependents section of the application. You do not need their passports to prove their citizenship. You should be able to give photocopies of the submitted paperwork (birth certificates and whatever else you needed to send to CIC to prove their citizenship) with your wifes sponsorship application. They will understand the children to be Canadian and therefore not requiring sponsorship.

Again, this all presupposes that you were in fact eligible to pass along citizenship to your children and that you aren't just hoping that they'll become citizens because you asked and filled out the paperwork.
