A few questions about application

Hi,
Im in the process of filling out my application for federal skilled worker and i have a few questions if you could help me out please.....

question
1) Im the main applicant and have sent off for a Police Certification, my question is will my Spouse need one aswell for the application? (she will be coming with me)

2) My qualifications in England are GCSE's and i have a City & Guilds trade qualification.. Do i have to send these off to get them transfered to the Canadian equivalent? also will my spouse have to do this for hers aswell? (anyone know how long this process takes and can suggest a agency to get these done at)

3) im in the process of getting copies of my GCSE certifications as i have lost them, can i send in my application as is and then send in the certifications once i have them?

4) which english exam do i take: CELPIP or ELTS?

Any help or advice is appreciated.

I think idp is better. British Council just makews money. Its grading system is awful. I gave ielts exam at idp and took 5,5 points. After I had studied approximately 2 months, I took the ielts from Vritish Council and my results were 5,5 points again. Their examiner don't give points. You shouldn't choose the bc. Trust me.
