I don't have any family member in Canada, but my dependent (wife) has an uncle who lives in Canada. Since I am the main applicant and my wife is my dependent, I wondering if I should select this criterion or not:
"I have a relative in Canada who is 18 years or older, a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, and is my parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew."
"I have a relative in Canada who is 18 years or older, a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, and is my parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew."
