A Diploma From A Closed School

Dear Intellectuals:

I graduated from a registered and accredited private post-secondary institution with the PCTIA in BC, which was suspended now, and gained a 4-year acupuncture-program diploma.

I am also currently working in a private clinic over 1 year, and I got a decent level result from IELTS.

Can someone tell me that am I still allowed to apply CEC?

Would you be able to get your transcripts from the closed school? And a letter that you graduated? Also, do you have a hard copy of your degree?

If yes, then you should be fine.

The school was regulated by PCTIA (a Crown Corporation under the BC Ministry of Advanced Education, Innovation and Technology) in BC

Before I graduated, I did apply for an official transcript for later use. Also I did have my diploma. What is "a letter that I graduated"??

After I graduated, a clinic's owner applied 1-year LMO then work permit for me so that I got to work for 1 year.
