A decision has made (Online application)

Hello Guys,

I have a quick query.

My cousin sister went to Canada in 2010 and did Master's. She has applied PR from Quebec skilled worker in September 2011. She received CSQ in March 2013 and applied for federal in April 2013. She did Medical in July. Her online application status says that medical received in September and a decision has been made and this status is updated on 7th Nov 2013.

But she didn't receiv any email/mail. Her file is in Ottawa. She is wondering if she has deleted passport request email by mistake. But she is not sure about it.

We have sent email, fax and mail to Ottawa office today. But they just reply only on birth,death and address change via email. They dont have any phone number.

What should we have to do?

hi Concordia,

a decision made after medicals have been received and RPRF paid is a positive sign.just wait patiently for passport request,it should come through email if you have provided cpp-ottawa with your email ID.

Have u checked junk mail? It might be in there
