Applying for FSW, Category 1
Declared occupation is one of 38 Minister-shortlisted occupations
To-date work experience includes 1.5 yrs in the declared occupation, and (more than) >0.5 yrs in other NOC occupations.
Question:

• Can I confidently claim 17 points for 2 years work experience in the respective category (Factor 3) ?? I feel the answer is yes. Could someone please confirm my understanding?

I am a lone applicant with no family/dependents whatsoever. The London CIC office will be entertaining my case eventually, if successful. I havent submitted anything at all so far.
Which of the following forms must I submit at this time (NOW), and which ones later (LATER). Please mark/suggest as appropriate

• imm0008egen - NOW
• imm0008_1e (Schedule 1)
• imm0008_3e (Schedule 3)
• Immigrant Summary Form (London-specific I think?)
• Supplementary Information Form (London-specific I think?)
• Personal Worth Statement (London-specific I think?)

If Reference letter On company orignal pad where company name,address,phone,fax... from employer is available, exectly as CIC needed, like included your period of job, your duties (should match as NOC), your Salary and if its was full time/part time, stamped with official seal of company and signed with manager/supervisor included one Busienss card of Signing person,

If you have this all, Then definietly you would get points ......

so your answer to question 1 is yes if i understand correctly... that I am eligible for 17 points for 2 years of experience provided I can prove that each of my jobs matches the NOC occupation descriptions. Jobs both on and off the 38 shortlist.
Right?
