My wife and I will have permanence residence in the next couple of weeks in Canada. My wife is three-month-pregnant, she wants to go to home country and have this baby. If she gets home and have this baby, is this baby legal to come to Canada? If not, what can I do to to get my son back to Canada.
I'm very appreciated for any helps.

This is a very common question -- the answer is 'no', the child has to go through a fairly extensive process of applying for permission to come to Canada, then become a Permanent Resident. None of the steps are automatic, it is possible to have real trouble. My wife was in a similar situation, and we were convinced by people here, and facts, to just have the baby in Canada.

Have the baby in Canada, much easier for everyone.
