A bit off topic - US Foreign Bank Account FBAR Filing

Hi. Just wondering if any Americans here have experience with filing the Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) form. I am just wondering if I need to report any of my spouse's accounts that I don't have my name on and thus are not joint accounts between us.

Also, it seems that I have to report my US bank accounts in that form as well. Is that true?

Only joint accounts need to be reported if your spouse is not a "U.S. person". Only non-U.S. accounts have to reported.
