A baby born inside Canada

I am applying for PR under the QSW program.
My family and I passed my medical test. Recently, we have had a baby born inside Canada, I know the baby has already the Can. Citizenship, do we need to add her name to the application in myCIC? or just inform them that we had a baby and she has the C. Citizenship? did anyone face this issue?

Send an update with a copy of the baby's birth certificate.

Today I sent a technical report with the birth certificate enclosed. I do not know whether this can help or no. I hope if anybody passed a similar condition, he/she could advise!
