Foreign nationals who, on May 23, 2015 at 00:00:00 UTC, have been assigned a total of 755 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

No worries .. sit tight , nothing is in your hand .. this is going to be a roller coaster ride for next few months before they shut it off. The message is very clear , either you have a job offer or JUST FORGET .. you have a job offer , you get straight 600 , plus just manage 155 through all other factors .. it is a catch 22.. you have no JOB offer , you dont get to score > 600 , and you dont have a PR .. you dont get a job offer , simple ..
In the process some people like immigration consultants , migration agents , IELTS , WES would make loads of money ..
Be happy that you are helping some other to earn some money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
