It is obvious that they ask about crown service here, but the wording is much broader.
Please, share your thoughts what to answer here if I spent a few months outside Canada, but wasn't on crown service? Did I "live" outside Canada if I was there on a busiess trip? If the answer is "yes", that should I fill CIT0177 form (but I wasn't a crown servant, how can I fill it then)?
