I have applied for PR under BCPNP. It has been 28 months since my application is been accepted. Ordered GCMS notes but couldn't understand it as no reason is stated. And if i call for update all the say is you have to wait. officer is waiting to make final decision. 2 months ago my file was transferred to local immigration office which i came to know when i called them for update on my file(still haven't received any letter or email about my file transfer).
