I have a job offer with an LMIA for me. I am applying for a work permit inside canada with the "Public policy allowing certain visitors in Canada to apply for an employer-specific work permit" since im a visitor.

My job offer its for a NOC 65102 "Store Clerk", when the IRCC website ask you "Proof you meet the job elegibility" what I have to upload? My CV? Because my job it is in TEER 5 – Occupations usually require short-term work demonstration and no formal education so I don't need to upload anything more there? I have my high school diploma and I have a course completed back home maybe I should upload that too ? It is require I translate those diplomas?

Thank you to all of u!
You need to show that you are qualified to do the job since no Canadian could be hired. CV doesn’t prove experience. Include reference letters that match the NOC. Should need ECA and IELTS. IELTS may be a good idea if working with the public.

But why IELTS? the website doesnt show that i need to take any english exam, my noc only says that usually requiere a high school diploma. I will make an ECA and I will ask reference letters for my previus jobs.

Only mentioned it because some work permits are refused with no IELTS because if working with the public, IRCC may ask for proof of English skills.

It is possible. You have a LMIA because no one in Canada could be hired to do the job. You will know when approved.

I didn’t understand so it’s possible to be rejected for over qualification?
Absolutely. So you have no post secondary education? If your references are for a supervisor, but position is stocking shelves then that is being over qualified. Again you will not know until approved.
