I have filled all the forms, till now very little confusion.
I am unable to understand this form : 8. Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604] (PDF, 25 KB) July 2008

I have 1 kid, 6 mnth old.

do i have to fill this form ?

as of now, i dont know wheather, all 3 of us (me, wife & kid), will travel to LAND together or not.
may be I alone go and then settle everything and then call wife & kid alone.
or anyother combination....

So, my confusion is do i need to fill this form?
if yes, then where to get this 'notary public' in Middle East???

The purpose of this form is to grant permission from a NON-IMMIGRATING parent to an immigrating parent to take their child to Canada. CIC requires the immigrating parent show either full custody papers or IMM 5604, which is legal permission from the non-immigrating parent.

As you are immigrating together (doesn't matter if you aren't landing together, you are still applying together), you don't need this form.
