Hello,

Is it possible to do a 8 month study (in Edmonton) followed by a 6 month study (in Calgary)? Could I receive a work-permit for 14 month afterwards?

As if I study for 8 month I am only allowed to work 8 month and I would need 1 year.

"Note: Self-employment and work experience gained while you were a full-time student (for example, on a co-op work term) does not count under this program."

Is there any work that would count during studying and holidays such as skilled level occupations in 0,A or B?

Thank you a lot for your help.

The second program you take needs to be at least eight months in length.

The NAIT university in Edmonton says on the website that the length is 1 year (2 Semesters). How will the government count that (for the work permit duration)?

Thank you

what is the course name you did for 6 months in calgary

I didn't do the course yet. It would have been the Web Developer program with SAIT, 23 weeks program.

Work whilst studying does not count towards any immigration program as far as experience goes given work whilst studying is intended as supplemental income only.

Does that mean that my work experience while I was studying in Austria doesn't count either?

That work experience counts. You just can't count the work experience you gained in Canada while studying.
