hi,
Someone tell me NOC 7231 is which Category & i apply for CEC from Bahrain?because i am an Indian worked in Baharain from last 2 years in same profession.

7231 is skill level B. You cannot apply for CEC unless you have been working in Canada for 2 years. (Or, you have earned a degree in Canada and worked here for one year).

You will need a job offer. With a job offer, an employer can sponsor you for getting permanent residency through a provincial nominee program or you can apply yourself under the skilled worker program if you have enough points. It is getting the job offer that is the problem.

Another possibility is getting a job offer and getting a temporary work permit and working on your immigration once you are in Canada.
