720 day to renew card

i need some help
my wife got PR she inter Canada in NOV 2012 she was Pregnant and we had a baby in APR 2013
in Jun 2013 went to Unit Arab emerita to opine my own business my wife she came with me
and today 9/9/2013 she went with baby to Canada to sty in Canada for Canadian citizen ship
can my wife stay with me in UAE and she did't fished 720 day to renew card ?
or if she stay out side Canada can she renew PR ?

Here is a link showing you that it is possible for your wife to be with you in UAE and still fulfill the Residency Obligation

Pay attention to

"Time spent outside Canada may also count towards the two years if you are:

travelling with your spouse or partner who is a Canadian citizen,
a childFootnote 1 travelling with a father or mother who is a Canadian citizen,
an employee of (or under contract to) a Canadian business."
