7 weeks and still not receiving FN

Hey guys

I submitted my outland spousal application on Feb 8 2016 and it's been 7 weeks, i still didn't receive any FN or new UCI. I have a UCI from my work permit and I used that to check, the website saying that they received my application on Feb 10 2016.

Is this normal? Is it because we live in Quebec? Is it because were both in canada but i applied outland to be faster?

I am very worried. What do I do now?

Yes, it's normal. You won't receive a new UCI; it will be the same forever.
