Actually i just passed out from Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and got fadaral certificate with 18 month credition towards

So you don't have a license yet. You can't count it. Unless you have a certificate of qualification, but it sounds like it hasn't been issued yet.

That shows i work skill trade and gain experience in that field .

I don't believe you have the certificate of qualification until you have the full license. Your school may have given you a certificate of completion of the basic course, but that does not qualify you to do maintenance work unsupervised.

You have to be supervised by a qualified mechanic.

To be perfectly honest I don't know if you can count it. You may wish to ask Transport Canada if what you have is a certificate of qualification.
