6F Work and Education History

I am preparing my citizenship application package and got a bit confused with the section 6F Work and Education History. I have worked and studied at the same time. How do I fill up the 6F Work and Education History in this case. Do I put 2 entries for the same time period like below


2013-04 - Present Working at Company C
2012-01 - Present Studying
2011-06 - 2013-04 Working at Company B
.......................


Clearly there is a overlap between by work and study? How do I fill up the 6F section under this situation. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Also, does anyone know where should I go to take citizenship photo in Montreal?

Hi, I was in the same situation, worked full time and studied part time on the week ends. I did the same thing as you suggest, two entries despite the overlap. There was also a period where I had two jobs, I did enter the relevant period for each job, regardless of the concurrent tasks.
After all you are just showing how productive you can be...

Just tell the TRUTH. What's wrong with working and studying at the same time? Even if you did both exactly during the same period put it that way.
example: 2011-02 - 2011-08 Student
2011-02 - 2011-08 travel agent.
2011-02 - 2011-12 Tutor.
Here is one who was studying and had 2 part time jobs same period. Nothing wrong with that. If you have more details to make things clear add another sheet and explain your situation. By the way I didn't use the form for the questions regarding work/school and addresses. I used 2 separate sheets because I have many things to explain and clarify.
