yup.. got it..I got mine a few mins ago.
Check your mail.
mail came after 30 min.. i just logged in and saw a message in CIC account. But mail/notification came after 30 min..
some relief..
now actual work starts and waiting period again for golden mail..

congratulations!!
Your score can drop but cannot drop below the cut off score of the draw in which you were invited. Only a drop in CRS due to age is ignored after the ITA. After ITA, you have to prove that whatever points you claimed are valid.The score doesnt matter after ITA is issued. So even if your point goes next day after getting ITA, they will still consider. In ITA, there is a statement which talks bout this. So dont worry
