67 vs 400+ points required

Hi Experts,

I am very NEW and trying explore my eligibility to Immigrate as a skilled worker through Express Entry. I see in this forum people talking about 67 points are the pass marks to start apply and whereas in some forums it says...the lowest score that got invitation to apply is 450. Thus, wondering which to refer and where to validate my self on my eligibility?

Appreciate your guidance in this regard.

Well FSWP 2014 was the last entry which entertained the Points of 67 rule. (67 minimum out of 100 points)

Now from January 2015 , CIC has introduced express entry , in which you have to score 450+ out of 1200 points to qualify for PR.
