I am looking to apply for the Express Entry however the company I work for hasn't listed me as Telephone Banking Consultant, but as Customer Service Officer - Telephone Banking.

I requested a reference letter for a US visa a little while ago and was shocked by my job title. I thought I will be at least listed as Telephone Banking Consultant or Personal Banking Advisor (Personal Banker), but it seems like the company does this on purpose.

I deal with Personal Banking and Disputes (Fraud & Unrecognized Transactions), however my title states "Customer Service Advisor", which I think makes me ineligible. It is also in a contact center.

The company doesn't provide a full description reference letter with my responsibilities.

I work for Lloyds Bank in the UK.

Do you know if there is any solution to this?

Your title doesn't matter much. The important thing is that your job responsibilities should be consistent with the NOC you wish to claim.
If your company does not wish to provide you job reference letter with detailed responsibilities, consider asking one of your co-workers or supervisor write for you.

What are you job responsibilities?

Based on the information you've provided so far, it sounds like it's a NOC C role.
