6 months Timeline is Going to An End from JAN Applicants (PNP)

PNP inlanders are seeing slower and slower process, the last batch able to get their PPR on time was mid DEC applicants.

The distribution is like this (based on my info)

Applicants before OCT 2016- 5 months
Applicants before DEC 5 and half months
Applicants before DEC 20 around 10 days to 6 months
Applicants before DEC 31 right on 180th days.
Applicants for JAN. Nothing, a lot of us will be crossing 180th day mark very soon.

I'm pnp outland March 17 aor. Also nothing. It is obvious the priorities they are following:
Cec
Fsw
Pnpo
Pnpi

Maybe just maybe they are doing this because pnp inland don't need much processing. So the eligibility is easiest. Then pnp o. Then Fsw.

I am a O-PNP inlander, AOR Jan 12th. My status changed to IP2 on June 28th (not sure the exact date since I have never received update emails from CIC, and I don't check my account often).

I don't understand why PNP in-landers have to wait that long since most of us were going through CEC stream under OINP. I moved from Vancouver to Toronto because of the OINP, and waited 9 months for the nomination. My EE score could get me the invitation under CEC a few months back, what a bummer!
