6 E Addresses in past 4 years

in section 6 E it asks for addresses and emphasizes that do not exclude any period of time in past 4 years ,
My problem is that:
I left Canada,say on April 2, and I arrived Iran on April 4,(because of 10 hours time difference),
so there is one day, April 3, which I was on flight and I do not have any addresses for that, so if I do not mention that, I have exclude one day(April 3), and if I mention it then there is no addresses(Country,postal code,...), because I was on flight. ???
could you please help?

you can just add from April 03 to April 04 ( traveling - flight connection ,...).

That's the reason it's good to include a cover letter. You can explain any discrepancy and shed more light on any aspects that may look strange. So I'd include a cover letter with my application(indeed I'm including one with mine).

Your overseas addresses while you take vacation trips after becoming a PR in Canada does not count in address section. All you have to mention your Canadian residence address which has documentary evidence as per lease or title date unless you have extended stay in overseas..
