5years obligation

My ex filed my PR application in Feb 2012 and I came to Canada in April 2012. We got divorced in Nov 2015 recently. I'm thinking to remerry next year. Can I sponor my new husband after marriage or do I need to wait for next 5 years.

You will need to wait until 5 years after you became a PR to sponsor a spouse.
