I had to book my flight to Canada a few months before my travel date as part of the application process. Now that my flight is nearing, I found that I have about 20 extra days where I'm doing nothing here.
My question is, can I simply just change my flight and show up in Canada 20 days early or must I informed the VO if I decide to go ahead with this change?
