Living arrangements and financial information..We do not live together and it asks when my sponsor returned to Canada. He did in April but will be here again in a week to sign the forms and mail them. So do I put April and make a note on a separate sheet of paper to explain? He will be here for two weeks and not be gone when we mail the forms.

The question relates to where he living. A 'vacation' to visit does not count, so it would be April. You can put the current vacation under question 27 for cohabitation.
