How can I answer the question:
- did you complete at least 50% of the study or training program’s courses through in person learning?
Can someone answer by no?
Will they consider their profile in that case?
Will they get enough points for Canadian education if they answered no?
please help,TIA

We can't tell you how to answer this question. It depends on what program you completed. You need to answer this question truthfully.

You answer according to the truth.
Find out how many days/hours are the classes/training and find out how much of the portion you did online and how much in person.
Then it's simple math.

Sure someone should answer NO if that person didn't do half of the courses in person.

Sounds like you didn't complete 50% of the program in-person. There is no wiggle room here, answer the question truthfully. IRCC can otherwise verify your false statement easily.
