Need urgent help regarding 50 job offer points. Would really appreciate for any inputs/suggestion, if am eligible to claim 50 job offer points.
Following are my case details:
1)I am on closed work permit.
2) My work permit is LMIA exempt.
3) Completed one year with employer on work permit in september and my job is still continue with the same employer.
4) My job is fulltime and non- seasonal.
The reference letter I received from my employer on letterhead has all required details like:
a) Duration
b) Salary
c) Duties
d) Working hrs etc.
Also, in reference letter my employer mentioned following :
XYZ will continue to be employed by ABC in Canada conditioned on the regular and reliable performance of their duties, compliance with all firms and professional standards.
Is above details are sufficient to justify that I will be working with employer after getting PR?
OR
Do letter have to explicitly call out like employee will continue with employer for atleast one year after PR.
