50 days and counting after submittting Online application

Day 50 after online application and counting...

Anyone experiencing similar SLOW online processing application?

I applied online and have a "Submission Confirmation" on April 20.
Until now June 9 and 50 days later, still no progress.

I have 4 or 5 previous Canadian tourist visas, not sure why this is taking so long

Am I missing something? Maybe I am missing the message to send my passport already?

I emailed CPP-CTP-OTTAWA-TRV-VRT @ cic.gc.ca and received that it is being processed.
Should I write and fax a letter?

Any suggestions what to do? I have an important meeting in Toronto on June 21.

Hi RSMD..I had submitted mine on April 10th and have not heard anything back It seems they are taking close to 3 months instead of 2. I had inquired about the status of my application last week and they got back saying they are still finalizing applications from March 14th. To the best of my knowledge, they have come down to March 20th as of this week.
