can misrepresentation ban be removed if someone is married to canadian Permanent resident and they also have canadian citizen child from this relationship?

No. What are you applying for? When did you get ban and for what reasons?

H&C is made within Canada. Get an immigration lawyer to discuss steps if even possible. Process could take as long as the ban but not sure it is even possible.

You would need to hire a lawyer to try to overturn the misrepresentation ban who will have to convince the judge that the misrepresentation ban was incorrectly applied by IRCC.
