I did my PhD in my country. It was a 4 year program, but 1 year I spent as a visiting doctoral studant in a university in Canada. The credits from this 1 year I could transfer to my home university in my country. I´d know if I can answer Yes in the question 4b - Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate, since I have the transcript of records from the 1 year I studied in Canada. Thanks.
