45 days to apply

Hi all,

Was sent a note through my EE profile that I have nominated by Ontario, and in the process of putting together my documents.

Would anyone know when the 45 days application cut-off becomes effective? Is it from the date you mail out the application package, or the date the Government of Ontario receives it?

Extract from an official response:

"The 45-day timeframe is equivalent to the date of the receipt of the application package at our office. This timeframe does not correspond to the date of the mailing nor the date of the postmark. This means that the application must be received within the 45-day timeframe."
