Yes u have. For the longest time the cut off points were 470's but it came down to 430's in 2017.
Did you get a perfect score in IELTS? If yes, just wait.If not, redo it and it will improve your score significantly.

Wasn't Ontario sending ITAs to people with CRS above 400 ? iam surprised nobody mentioned that. someone correct me if iam wrong
