My score is 433 and there is no way my points can be increased unless I start doing masters which will take one year to complete.
Please guide me on what to do about it. Should I take admission in masters and wait? H

You should re-write IELTS. Based on your previous post you scored a 7 in both writing and speaking. So there is certainly a way for you to increase your points.

You could also write TEF French test and add as secondary language. Results don’t have to be excellent as a Secondary.
