411 CRS score... invite for PNP under express entry?

Hello everyone.

My brother has got 411 CRS score. What was the last draw scores for past few months and which provinces?

With this score of 411, do you think he will be picked up for ITA?

I know for FSW, he may not be eligible as the score needed is 440+

Please guide.
