I am trying to create an express entry profile for my spouse's brother in law. I have created a username and password through Option 1: GCKey, but when I press log in and press continue it redirects me to the main site. And when I try to access this link (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp), I receive a 403 error (You are not signed in). I have tried many times, with different browsers and I have deleted my caches, tried private browsing, etc. but nothing works. Has anyone had this issue and can help me with creating a profile?
