4021 College and other vocational instructors

Hello everyone,

One small quick question on NOC 4021 College and other vocational instructors

I have a Master degree in Strategic Project management and Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics. Currently I am a software Trainer in a company for past 1 and half year.

These degrees fine for being a trainer in a private organization? or do I have to have a certificate, diploma or degree in adult education ? because this is mention in the NOC employment requirements?

I am trying to select my NOC hence these all questions

I guess not as it clearly states that a degree or a diploma MAY be required. As it’s not a mandate this can be appealed if you’re refused on these grounds. I have also checked in Canada, companies do not have this kind of a requirement as long as you have the relevant experience which means you can economically establish yourself in Canada with your current work experience and do not require any such degree / certification to be able to secure a job in your field.
