Hi guys, can anybody pls help me with my 4011 work experince? Thank you in advance for your time!
I entered the university in April 2004 and was a "tutor/ Teaching Assistant ( A teacher or teaching assistant in some universities and colleges having a rank lower than that of a lecturer.)" from April 2004 to April 2006.
I was a lecturer since April 2006 in the same college of the university doing almost the same work duties.
MY NOC is 4011 (University Lecturer). Now my question is "From when should my work experience as a lecturer be counted when I am entering the EE pool? From April 2006? " It seems should be from April 2006. But, how about the 2 years before that as a tutor/ Teaching Assistant? Should I list it as a different job? But it is in the same college of the same univeristy with almost the same work duties. Just different professional ranks. If I list them as 2 jobs, am I supposed to have 2 reference letters for them? That will look a little bit weird.
