My friend will be turning 4 years by May 16,2016.Her work permits will be expiring by that time. She went to to immigration consultant and adviced her to go to Manitoba to find a job right away after her permits expires. The question is , can she go to that province and find a new job and not going home?your advices is highly appreciated..........

This will only work if the new job she finds is NOC A or NOC 0. Otherwise the four year limit still applies and she needs to leave Canada.
