As per the form CIT0002E (Citizenship application for adults) under serial 6E, I have to list all addresses in and out Canada for Last 4 years.

My question is I came to Canada on 10th April 2010 and became permanent resident on the same day and I am eligible to apply for citizenship now as I have fullfilled the criteria of 1095 days of physical presence in Canada since my landing.

But if I count 4 years it streches upto 10th October 2009, if I apply on 10th October 2013. Should I have to list addresses before 10th April 2010 when I landed in Canada, as this period falls under 4 yers prior to application date.

Yes, you have to list prior 4 year address which will include your residency in other country if you have not been in Canada for 4 years.
