Hello!
Does anyone know if the 4 year working in Canada rule applies for people on IEC working holiday visas?
I have been working in Canada full time since 2010 and want to apply for another IEC visa as CIC says if you applied before 2015 than you can get one more. Still always confused about this 4 year rule though, just deciding whether or not to apply for residency now or get another visa and do it next year. Don't want to get denied at the border!
Thank

Thanks! I have read that before but it still doesn't say if IEC visas are exempt from the rule.
Only thing i can see that might apply to IEC is LMIA exempt jobs under international agreements...
Is IEC an international agreement?
