4 rejections in study visa, now applying work permit

Hello ,
I applied 4 time study visa from India. And unfortunately got rejected each time. 3 times was non sds (ielts 5.5 in one module) . 4th time sds ielts 6.5 in each .I have plumbing qualification and 3-4 year experience in my trade. Now i am planning for employer base work permit . Will my previous rejection's effect on work permit. What are the chances for getting positive result this time.?

No. Do you have a LMIA? Or your employer has Canadian offices and you have worked for them for a year and the employer meets the criteria?

I hav'nt worked for him. I just gave him interview in which he just selected me and he is supporting me for workpermit with LIMA.

No effect. Hope you aren’t being scammed. So he needs to apply for the LMIA, and then you wait. Once you have the LMIA, then apply for a closed work permit. Processing just for the closed work permit is over 40 weeks so your employer will be waiting about a year for you to come.
