4 months of gap between college and job

After receiving ITA, I am filling up Permanent Residence application, in Personal Activities section, it mentions to list all the activities done in last 10 years.

I completed my Master's in April'16 and started working in TCS from Septemnber'16. I was campus placed, that means I had job confirmation from October'15, but the joining was 4 months after completion of my studies.

Should I mention this 4 months of gap as 'Unemployed' in the 'Personal Activities' section, or ignore it?

Also, once I submit this Permanent Residence application, will I be taken to personal checklist of documents to upload where I can upload them? or I need to pay the fees before that?
